(a) Upon a finding of a violation of article 7-A, the Attorney General may:
(1) revoke,
suspend or deny a registration of a charitable organization, professional fund
raiser, professional solicitor or fund raising counsel or issue an order
directing a charitable organization, professional fund raiser, professional
solicitor or fund raising counsel to cease and desist specified fund raising
activities; and
(2) assess a civil
penalty in an amount authorized by article 7-A section 177.
