Section 920.3 - Eligible program applicants

The following individuals, organizations or entities shall be eligible to apply for grants under this Part:

(a) private businesses;

(b) service delivery area grant recipients or administrative entities;

(c) private nonprofit organizations;

(d) units of general local government in the substate area, or agencies thereof;

(e) local offices of State agencies;

(f) public agencies, such as community colleges and area vocational schools;

(g) private industry councils;

(h) employers and employer organizations;

(i) employee organizations and labor organizations;

(j) community-based organizations;

(k) joint apprentice committees;

(l) other entities with experience and capability to define and address the needs of distressed industries and the employment and training needs and required services for the targeted population.
