Section 920.1 - Funding

(a) Funds to support statewide projects and demonstration programs under this part shall be made available through the Department of Labor under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA).

(b) Applicant entities may apply for all or any portion of funds available, the use of which is not limited to a single substate area.

(c) Successful applicants will be funded through a contract process with the department in coordination with the federally approved New York State Economic Dislocation and Worker Adjustment Assistance Act (EDWAA) Plan and the affected substate area.

(d) Requested funding levels may be adjusted as appropriate and necessary to accommodate the number and needs of acceptable proposals submitted.
