Section 900.1 - Purposes and objectives

The Youth Education, Employment and Training Program shall provide economically disadvantaged youth 14 to 21 years of age with educational remediation, career exploration, vocational training, counseling, support services and work experience services designed to result in improved retention in school, improvement in basic academic and vocational skills, acquisition of a high school diploma or its equivalent, enrollment in continuing education or training programs, or the attainment of enhanced employment and career opportunities.
