Section 810.8 - Conditions of award

(a) Grants awarded under this Part are subject to the following conditions:

(1) The grantee may not materially change the quality, nature or duration of the project unless the written approval of the board is obtained prior to the change.

(2) The grantee shall submit project progress reports to the department in the form prescribed and at such times as requested.

(3) The grantee must submit proof in the form requested by the department for a group of expenditures made under a grant funded pursuant to this Part. A grantee shall expend funds it receives under this Part solely in accordance with the approved application and budget, the regulations of this Part and the terms and conditions of the grant award.

(4) The board may impose additional conditions prior to the award of any grant under this Part if it is determined by the board that the conditions are necessary to carry out the purpose of the grant.
