A copy of the petition shall be posted in a conspicuous place at or near the location where the violation(s) occurred providing affected employees with notice thereof and of their right to object thereto within 10 working days. A copy of the petition shall remain posted for a period of 10 working days. Where affected employees are represented by an authorized representative, said representative shall also be served personally or by certified mail with a copy of the petition contemporaneously with the posting.
