Section 701.1 - Scope and purpose

This Part establishes procedures for adjudicatory proceedings held by the Commissioner of Labor in those situations where no specific rule or regulation is applicable to the subject matter of the hearing. This Part shall not apply to orders, determinations or rulings within the jurisdiction of the Industrial Board of Appeals, the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board or any other board within the Department of Labor.
