Section 700.10 - Fees

Except when a different fee is otherwise prescribed by law:

(a) There shall be no fee charged for the following:

(1) inspection of records;

(2) search for records; or

(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.

(b) A fee for copies of records may be charged provided that:

(1) the fee for photocopies of records shall not exceed 25 cents per page for photo copies not exceeding 9 by 14 inches; and

(2) the fee for reproducing any other records shall not exceed the actual reproduction cost, which shall be the average unit cost for copying a record, excluding fixed costs such as operator salaries.
