Section 700.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) Records of the Department of Labor required to be made available for public inspection and copying under the Freedom of Information Law shall be open to public access.

(b) The public shall be furnished the information and records required by the Freedom of Information Law, as well as records otherwise available by law.

(c) This Part provides information concerning the availability of records and the procedures to be followed to obtain access thereto.
