Section 450.9 - Services to policyholders and to the public

All officers and employees of the State Fund are expected to render prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times and in such manner as best to forward the interests of the Fund in meeting its responsibilities to policyholders, to claimants and to the public. Field services are to be designed and continuously carried out:
(a) to promote among employers the enthusiastic acceptance of and interest in the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases;
(b) to maintain at the highest possible level the State Insurance Fund's services to its policyholders in the fields of safety and customer relations; and
(c) to inform present and prospective policyholders of the functions and services of the State Insurance Fund through approved programs.
