Premium bills shall be rendered in an appropriate manner as provided in the policy contract, to policyholders of the amount due the State Fund as advance or deposit premiums and earned premiums. Failure of the assured to pay such bills when due may warrant cancellation of the policy as provided by law and reference of the account to the legal department for appropriate action.
