All rules and procedures of the Medical Appeals Unit, Workers' Compensation Board, relating to the practice of medicine under the Workers' Compensation Law, are hereby made applicable to the practice of medicine under the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law, to the extent that such rules and procedures are not inconsistent with the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law.
