Section 411.2 - Medical fee schedule

The fee schedule for medical treatment and care rendered under the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law shall be the schedule of fees for medical treatment and care under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York, as set forth in sections 329.1 through 329.3 of this Title, on the date on which the medical services were rendered, regardless of the date of accident. This medical fee schedule is applicable in accordance with section 329.1 of this Title.
