Section 401.3 - Outpatient fee schedule

The fee schedule for outpatient hospital services rendered under the Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law on or after July 1, 1995 shall be the schedule of fees for outpatient hospital services under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York applicable to outpatient hospital services rendered on or after July 1, 1995, as set forth in sections 329.6 and 329.7 of this Title. The fee schedule for outpatient hospital services rendered under the Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law on a date prior to July 1, 1995 shall be the schedule of fees for outpatient hospital services under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York in effect on the date on which the outpatient hospital services were rendered, regardless of the date of accident.
