Section 393.5 - Allowance of attorney's fee

In allowing a fee to an attorney or licensed representative, the referee shall state specifically the manner in which such fee shall be deducted from the payments due the claimants or dependents. The direction for payment of an attorney's fee out of the aggregate trust fund shall specifically state the manner of payment and amount of the fee of the attorney or licensed representative.
