Section 362.2 - Table to determine the maximum amount of employee contributions

(a) The maximum contribution for an employee (per pay period) shall not exceed:

Per pay period
For employees paid daily ....... $.14
For employees paid weekly ....... .60
For employees paid every two weeks ....... 1.20
For employees paid twice a month ....... 1.30
For employees paid monthly ....... 2.60

If an employee is paid, in whole or in part, at other intervals, his or her contribution shall be determined at the rate of one half of one percent of wages paid, but shall not be more than the equivalent of 60 cents per week.

(b) If an employee who is paid daily performs services for the same employer on three or more days in the same calendar week, his or her contribution for such week shall be computed on the same basis as for employees paid weekly.
