Section 359.3 - Employees who acquire eligibility on return to work after unemployment

An employee who, during any period of eligibility to benefits under subdivision 2 of section 207 of the Workers' Compensation Law has returned to employment with a covered employer, and any employee who, while currently receiving unemployment insurance benefits or immediately following entitlement to disability benefits has returned to employment with a covered employer, shall be eligible for benefits, to be provided by the employer, immediately on such employment.
