Section 342.6 - Oaths, record of proceedings

The arbitrators shall be required to take the oath of office. The chair shall appoint a recording clerk, who is authorized to administer oaths under the Workers' Compensation Law, who shall administer the oath, and make a record of the proceedings on the prescribed form. A stenographic transcript of the hearing shall not be required.
