Section 342.3 - Date of hearing

The chair shall prepare a calendar of cases for arbitration and shall arrange a time and place of hearing. At least 30 days prior to the date set for hearing, notice thereof shall be mailed to the podiatrist and carrier, advising the date, time and place of hearing.
