Section 332.7 - Decision

The decision of the Psychology Practice Committee may be made in executive session. In arriving at a determination, the decision of two members of the Psychology Practice Committee shall constitute the decision of the committee, and be binding upon the parties, The decision or determination shall be signed by members of the Psychology Practice Committee making the decision, and shall be filed with the record of the case. Copies of notice of decision shall be mailed to the parties to the dispute.
