Section 331.9 - Carrier's or employer's consultant not to treat employee

No psychologist who examines for an insurance carrier or an employer or is a psychology consultant for the carrier or employer in the case of an injured employee, shall subsequently participate in the psychological care of such injured employee. Nothing herein contained shall affect the right of transfer by written consent of the injured employee, and the superseding psychologist shall comply with the provisions of this Part.
