Section 331.2 - Report of attending psychologist

The attending psychologist shall obtain from the claimant a complete history of the claimant's injury or condition and shall report this to the chair, together with a full report of the known injury or condition as determined by his or her examination and diagnosis, as well as of any other injury or condition. Known injury or condition includes any condition the existence of which is ascertainable through psychological diagnosis and evaluation. Reported injury or condition includes any condition the existence of which is ascertainable either visually or from an authoritative source, such as the claimant, employer, a physician, etc. The report of injury or condition so ascertained shall not be deemed to constitute a professional diagnosis or opinion.
