Section 331.10 - Examination procedure

When an examination is performed under subdivision (4) of section 13-m of the Workers' Compensation Law, it shall be by a qualified psychologist at a place reasonably convenient to the claimant and in the presence of the claimant's psychologist or physician, if in the attending psychologist's or physician's opinion his or her presence is necessary. A duplicate copy of all notices of request for such examinations shall be sent to the attending psychologist or physician.
