Section 327.4 - Date of hearing

(a) The chair shall from time to time prepare calendars of disputed bills (other than those in which compensability has not yet been established) and shall arrange the time and place of hearings.

(b) The chair, at least 30 days prior to the date set for any hearing, shall mail notice of the hearing, stating the time and place thereof, to the carrier and to the hospital which rendered the bill.
