Section 325-4.4 - Inspections and investigations by the department of health

(a) The Department of Health shall have 180 days from the chairman's request for an inspection and investigation pursuant to subdivision 4(g)(i) of section 13-c of the Workers' Compensation Law, in which to refer its report and recommendations to the chairman.

(b) The Department of Health shall send notice to the chairman of all decisions rendered in any enforcement action commenced by the Department of Health against an authorized hospital or health maintenance organization with respect to its out-patient medical care and facilities.
