Section 310.1 - Penalties for refusal or neglect of an employer to file a report of injury

Upon notification to the Secretary of the Board that an employer has refused or neglected to file a report as required by Workers' Compensation Law section 110, an administrative hearing to consider imposition of a penalty of not more than $2,500 shall be held before an employee of the board designated by the chair to conduct such hearing.
