Section 303.5 - Filing of claims of designated officers and employees

Claims of designated officers and employees shall be filed in the same manner as any other claim for compensation under the Workers' Compensation Law. When a claim has been filed, and an issue of fact or law arises, the chair shall appoint an arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of section 303.6 of this Part.
