Section 303.4 - Applicability of board rules and regulations

All provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law as well as the rules and regulations of the Workers' Compensation Board with respect to the rights, duties and obligations of employers, employees, health care providers and insurance carriers are expressly made applicable to this Part, except to the extent that such rules and regulations are inconsistent with subdivision 2 of section 20 of the Workers' Compensation Law or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
