Section 285.9 - Suspension of rules

In particular cases where, in the discretion of the Industrial Commissioner, such procedure is deemed warranted, any of these rules may be suspended or abrogated, and for each particular case the Industrial Commissioner may issue such further rules as the circumstances warrant.
