Section 187.4 - Inspections

Upon receipt of an application, the Division of Industrial Safety Service of the Department of Labor shall inspect the shop where the training is conducted for the purpose of determining compliance with subdivision (b) of section 187.6 of this Part. In addition, the State Education Department will conduct an investigation and evaluation of the work training program for the purpose of determining whether the instruction provided meets the standards prescribed in subdivision (a) of section 187.6 of this Part. Reports of such inspection and investigation will be submitted to the commissioner.
