Section 81.5 - Maintenance of docket

The Industrial Commissioner shall maintain as a bound, permanent public record of the Labor Department a docket in which shall be entered:

(a) The action taken upon all applications to register devices adopted by a bona fide labor union or associations of employees in the form of label, brand, mark, name or other character, and

(b) The determination of the Board of Standards and Appeals in respect to objections or complaints filed by any union or person aggrieved.
