Section 81.3 - Objections to registration

Any labor organization or aggrieved person who wishes to object to the registration of such device shall within 20 days following the date of the publication of the notice of such application, file such objection in writing with the Industrial Commissioner, setting forth the reasons for the objections. Upon receipt of an objection, the Industrial Commissioner shall immediately refer the objection to the Board of Standards and Appeals.
