Section 362-4.1 - Definitions applicable to working uninsured individuals and individual proprietors

(a) Employed person shall mean, for purposes of determining eligibility for qualifying individual health insurance contracts, any person employed on a full-time or part-time basis either currently or within the past 12 months for which monetary compensation was received.

(b) Individual proprietor shall mean an individual proprietor who is the sole owner and employee of a business and shall include, but not be limited to, independent contractors and other self-employed persons.
