Section 221.2 - Definitions

(a) The definitions contained in article 28 of the Insurance Law ("article 28") shall apply to this Part.
(b) The definitions contained in section 107 of the Insurance Law shall also apply to article 28 and this Part except as provided in article 28.
(c) Adverse action as defined in section 2801(a) includes the non-renewal of a policy of personal lines insurance.
