Section 81-2.9 - Confidentiality

If a parent corporation or insurer making a filing under this Subpart wishes to except such filing from disclosure pursuant to paragraph (d) of section 87.2 of the Public Officers Law on the grounds that such filing includes trade secrets or information that would injure the competitive position of the parent corporation or insurer making the filing if disclosed, such parent corporation or insurer should take action under section 89.5 of the Public Officers Law and section 241.6 of this Title (Regulation No. 71). The foregoing provisions for confidentiality are in addition to those provided for in section 1709 of the Insurance Law.
