Annual and quarterly statements filed with the superintendent by parent corporations holding subsidiaries under section 1704 (a) of the Insurance Law shall have attached thereto exhibits describing the investments held by such subsidiaries in the same degree of detail that would be required, if such investments were held directly by the parent corporation.
