Section 62-5.1 - Applicability

This section shall apply to all fire loss claims in excess of $10,000 payable under a policy insuring against the peril of fire or explosion, issued or issued for delivery in this State covering:

(a) real property located within the boundaries of any city with a population of one million or more persons;

(b) property permanently affixed to such real property; or

(c) personal property, other than motor vehicles, located on or within such real property.
