Section 45.1 - Notice of war restrictions

Pursuant to sections 301, 3203, and 4510 of the Insurance Law, all companies writing policies subject to the provisions of section 3203 with respect to policies issued for delivery in New York State, and all fraternal benefit societies writing certificates subject to the provisions of section 4510 with respect to certificates issued for delivery in New York State which contain war restrictions, are instructed to insert in their application forms a notice that war restrictions will be included in such policy or certificate.
