Section 20.5 - Commissions from an hmo

Any insurance broker accepting a commission, compensation, fee or allowance from a health maintenance organization (HMO), as defined in section 52.2(w) of this Title (Regulation 62), as authorized by 10 NYCRR 98.11(o) and section 52.42(e) of this Title, shall maintain and furnish to the HMO, upon request, all information concerning its arrangements with participating employers.
