Section 3.2 - Publication of administration candidates

Within 30 days after the filing with the Superintendent of Insurance of the administration ticket for any such election of directors, pursuant to subsection (g) of section 4210, every such company shall cause to be published the names of the candidates on such ticket, a brief identification of each and a statement that such persons have been nominated by the board of directors of such company as candidates to fill vacancies in such board at the annual meeting of the company to be held at a time and place therein indicated. Such publication shall be made, at the expense of the company, in two daily newspapers published in this State, which have been approved by the superintendent, for such purpose, and in one additional newspaper, approved by the superintendent which is published in one of the larger cities of other states, the residents of which hold a substantial amount of the company's outstanding policies and contracts.
