Section 15.6 - Withdrawal of approval

The superintendent may after notice and hearing withdraw an approval previously given pursuant to this Part upon a finding that:

(a) the premiums charged for an approved policy are unreasonable in relation to the benefits provided;

(b) the approved policy is not in compliance with the provisions of this Part at the time of withdrawal; or

(c) the use of an approved policy has results which are unjust, unfair, inequitable, misleading, deceptive, contrary to the public policy of this State or prejudicial to the policyholders of the company.
