Section 15.2 - Definitions

For the purpose of this Part:

(a) Approved policy means an insurance policy approved by the Superintendent of Insurance as meeting the requirements of Insurance Law, section 3101 and of this Part.

(b) Replacement policy means an insurance policy issued upon termination of an approved policy, as provided in section 15.5 of this Part.
