(a) Unless otherwise indicated in Part 900 or 901 of this Title, life care community component facilities, i.e., nursing home, home health care, adult home, shall be subject to all applicable existing laws and regulations pertaining to residents' rights and organizations under articles 28 and 36 of the Public Health Law and article 7 of the Social Services Law and regulations promulgated thereunder, including, but not limited to sections 415.3, 764.1, 767.1, and 771.7 of this Title and 18 NYCRR sections 487.5 and 488.5.
