A PPO shall arrange for or provide to claimants services for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of any accidental injury arising out of and in the course of employment and for occupational disease in accordance with claimant needs. Such care and treatment shall meet generally accepted professional standards and shall be provided by health care professionals who are currently licensed, registered or certified as appropriate and are employed by or under contract with the PPO.
