Section 640.4 - Applications for establishment of comprehensive health services facilities

An applicant for approval of establishment to provide a comprehensive health services facility shall make application for the approval of the Public Health Council of such establishment in accordance with the provisions of Parts 600, 610, 620 and 630 of this Title, as applicable.
