Section 640.2 - Applications for approval of planning for comprehensive health services

Any person, partnership or corporation interested in planning for comprehensive health services, not having sufficient information necessary to determine whether the establishment of such facilities is feasible at the time and place and under the circumstances proposed, should file an application in accordance with the applicable provisions of Part 600 of this Title for approval by the Public Health Council of the conduct of studies and any other research and informational gathering techniques intended to provide information as to the feasibility of the comprehensive health services proposed.
