This functional reporting center must contain all the expenses associated with the provisions of domestic services to patients at their place of residence. Additional activities include but are not limited to the following functions which can be performed under this program at the patient's residence: housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, laundry and linen, and patient education.

(a) Standard unit of measure: number of homemaker visits. The number of homemaker visits shall be the number of homemaker patients visited at their place of residence by representatives of the homemaker program.

(b) Data source. The number of homemaker visits shall be the actual count obtained from homemaker services.
