(a) As indicated on New York State Operating Certificate; the following data is to be reported:
(1) certified beds at the beginning of the
reporting period;
(2) certified
beds at the end of the reporting period;
(3) date the number of certified beds
changed; and
(4) certified bed days
available during the reporting period.
(b) Please refer to section 446.44(b) of this Part for all program services for which these statistics are to be reported.
