Section 420.1 - Applicability

Comprehensive Ambulatory HIV Programs (CAHP) are programs approved at facilities established under article 28 of the Public Health Law which provide the full range of ambulatory care clinical services, as described in this Part, appropriate for the continuous care of patients who have been diagnosed with HIV, whether symptomatic or asymptomatic.
