(a) Each program shall establish, maintain, and keep such records as are required to show compliance with this Part for a period of six years after the successful completion of training, unless otherwise directed by the department or the New York State Education Department.

(b) Each entity shall establish, maintain, and keep such records as are required to show compliance with this Part for a period of six years after the termination of a worker's employment, unless otherwise directed by the department.
